Communication

To apply for a commission, send details (and any reference images) via the Contact page. Be sure to specify everything you want up-front — changes mid-commission may not always be possible.

Usage Rights

As the artist I maintain full rights and copyright to all models and textures regardless of payments or ownership (within the limits of any base model's license). All characters belong to their respective owners.

I reserve the right to use finished work for advertising and portfolio purposes, and to reuse a model or pieces of a model for future commissions.

When work is complete you will receive an archived copy via Google Drive, Telegram, or Discord — including all WIP builds and all Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Unity project files.

You may not remove or crop out any watermarks or signatures. My work must not be handed to or completed by another artist without permission. You may not publicly repost or reuse my models/textures, nor use my work inside Unity projects, without explicit written permission. Any third-party access to my work requires prior notice.

Payment

Payment is via Stripe Invoices only. Prices are in USD. No work begins until full payment is received.

Have funds ready before applying. Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving an invoice or the commission may be cancelled. Do not send payment unless you have received a formal invoice from me.

Stripe handles all card data — I have no access to your payment details beyond a name or shipping address if applicable.

Refunds

I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time. If cancelled before work begins, a full refund is issued. Partial work results in a proportional partial refund.

In the event of an unpredictable emergency on the commissioner's end, a full refund may be issued if work has not yet begun. Once work has started, refunds are not available.
